1. I have placed my order. When should I be expecting my replacement parts to arrive? Your order will be processed promptly, and you should receive your parts within 2-3 weeks.
2. How will my parts be shipped? Your parts will be shipped via Shippo, and you will receive tracking information within 12 hours of when the shipment has been completed.
3. I do not see the parts I need on your website. Can I still contact you to order them? Unfortunately, if they are not on our website, they are unavailable for purchase.
4. I need instructions for my game. Do they have to be purchased? No! Please contact us via http://support.goliathgames.com/homepage. Let us know which game you need instructions for, and we will e-mail you the information free of charge.
